The aloe vera is a species of succulent plant native to Northern Africa and is widely cultivated throughout the world. It has thick leaves filled with a gel that has many medicinal uses, according to the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine. Aloe vera may be useful for healing burns, and it’s also frequently drunk as a digestive aid. You can buy many commercial products that contain aloe vera gel, and you can also make your own aloe vera drinks.
Take a mature aloe vera plant. Aloe Vera is easy to grow and you can be kept in pots at home or in your garden area.
Use a sharp clean knife and cut the leaf off as close to the base as you can. Put 2 tablespoon of the Aloe vera gel to the juicer. Make sure that you use only the gel and not the outer part of the leaf or any other part of the plant.
Wash, peel and chop one half of the Lebanese cucumber, and place the pieces in the juicer. Wash, peel and chop the Granny Smith apple, and place the pieces in the juicer.
Squeeze 2 tablespoon of lemon juice and add it to the juicer.
Turn on the juicer and run the fruit and vegetable pieces through it. Add ice to a glass and pour the aloe vera juice drink into the glass. You can refrigerate the aloe vera drink for up to a week.
